We Celebrate our 30th ANNIVERSARY in 2025!
We’re registered as a NSW GOVT. COVID Safe business. MASK wearing is highly recommended on our premises, if you have symptoms. Thank you.
IF YOU ARE UNWELL, PLEASE POSTPONE YOUR APPOINTMENT. MASKS ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED TO BE WORN AT OUR CLINIC for those aged 12 years and over if you have symptoms.
Keeping patients and staff safe from infections
All appointments are screened and patients excluded if at risk of infection or are acutely unwell.
All patients MUST fill in the on-line registration form on this website and email it to our Reception BEFORE attending the Clinic. Click on the “Make an Appointment button” below. A REFERRAL LETTER should be emailed or faxed before the appointment.
Telehealth consultations WITH Video imaging such as Zoom now attract Medicare Rebates and are available on request at the time of making the Appointment. We would never substitute face-to face consultation with a remote consultation and would at the earliest possible time complete the clinical assessment in person when practicable. Consent is assumed if you go ahead with a TeleHealth appointment.
Siblings and other extra family members are strongly discouraged to attend to minimise infection risk.
STRICT enforcement of the existing no eating and no drinking rule.
Hand sanitizers are around - please use.
Surfaces are sprayed and wiped with antiseptic and the premises are cleaned professionally and regularly.
“Sneeze Screens” are now installed. Demarcation lines are to be adhered to. Do not come around the screen.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) -
We use an Australian-based, secure AI transcription service (Medow) for timely reporting of some Clinic Visits. Please notify Staff if you do not consent to this. Please use the link under “Resources” for more information and to read the consent form.
These practices are also employed at our sister Clinic, THE SYDNEY LEARNING CLINIC, at Edgecliff (93282199) and Randwick (93100606) with
Dr KIT CHEE and Dr MING CHOW
Dealing with sleep disorders.
We cater for infants and children aged 0 to 16 years and up to 18 years if they are still schooling. The Clinic deals with the entire spectrum of sleep disorders such as sleep-breathing problems, narcolepsy, sleep-walking, night-terrors, behavioural sleep problems and so on. Patients referred to our practice for a sleep study will first attend a consultation with one of our physicians to assess your child. If a sleep study is required, it will determine how soon this should be performed and an admission arranged to either Sydney Children's Hospital or St Luke's Private Hospital to have the sleep study performed.
You will be required to bring a referral letter to your appointment - without it you will not be able to claim a rebate from Medicare.
Please note that a surcharge of 1.1% MAY apply to credit card payments. This is to minimise fee increases to our patients and families to meet our rising costs.
